Systems Intelligence LLC offers online educational products including:

• Cohort courses — live, instructor-led programs delivered through the Maven platform (maven.com)

• Workshops — single-session paid live events delivered through the Maven platform

• Lightning Lessons — free live educational sessions delivered through the Maven platform

All live sessions are delivered through Maven's platform infrastructure. By enrolling, you also agree to Maven's Terms of Service at maven.com/terms.

3. Enrollment and Payment

​

3.1 Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated.

​

3.2 Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Systems Intelligence LLC uses Stripe as its payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

3.3 For cohort courses, enrollment grants access to all live sessions, async materials, and community resources for the duration of the cohort plus any stated post-cohort access period.

​

3.4 Session recordings, where provided, are made available for the period stated at time of enrollment. Continued access beyond that period is not guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property

​

4.1 All course content, frameworks, materials, slides, worksheets, recordings, and written resources — including but not limited to the Systems Intelligence Model — are the proprietary intellectual property of Systems Intelligence, LLC. All rights reserved. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

4.2 Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials for your own learning purposes only.

4.3 You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course materials without prior written permission from Systems Intelligence LLC.

5. Code of Conduct

​

You agree to participate in all sessions and community spaces in a professional and respectful manner. Systems Intelligence LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a course or session — without refund — for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

​

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Systems Intelligence LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of course content. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort and application and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Systems Intelligence LLC and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Refunds are governed by Maven's Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our Services are delivered in part through third-party platforms including Maven (maven.com) and Stripe. Systems Intelligence LLC is not responsible for the availability, terms, or conduct of these third-party services.
