Maven Satisfaction Guarantee

All courses, workshops, and sessions offered by Systems Intelligence LLC are enrolled in and delivered through the Maven platform (maven.com). All payments are processed by Maven via Stripe, and all refund requests are handled directly by Maven under their Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

Systems Intelligence LLC adopts Maven's Satisfaction Guarantee in full. The summary below is provided for convenience only — Maven's published policy governs in all cases.

Summary of Maven's Current Policy

Lightning Lessons (free): No payment taken; no refund applicable.

Workshops: Full refund available until the workshop start date.

Cohort courses (under 4 weeks): Full refund available through the midpoint of the course.

Cohort courses (4 weeks or longer): Full refund available through the end of the first two weeks of the course. After that, requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

Maven does not offer retroactive price adjustments or partial refunds if a lower price becomes available after enrollment.
